At Toccoa River Outfitters, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to booking and cancellation of your guided trips. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our valued clients and our dedicated guides.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms

  • More than 14 Days Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip more than 14 days before the scheduled date, we offer a full refund of your deposit. This policy is in place to ensure that our guides can adjust their schedules accordingly without inconvenience.
  • Less than 7 Days Notice: For cancellations or postponements made less than 7 days before your trip, we charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the trip deposit. This fee compensates our guides for their time and the potential loss of other bookings.
  • Rescheduling Fee: If you need to postpone your trip less than 14 days before the scheduled date, a rescheduling fee of $100 will be applied. This fee helps cover the administrative costs and guide scheduling.
  • 24-Hour Booking Window: For cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, we provide a full refund of your deposit, offering flexibility for immediate changes in plans.
  • Within 24 Hours of Trip Date: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip date will incur the full charge of the trip. This policy is in place to ensure that our guides are compensated for their reserved time.
